MI TV 12 (WXII-LP) is northern Michigan's MyNetworkTV and COZI network affiliate - broadcasting a range of both classic and modern entertainment programming, as well as local news, weather and sports from NewsNet.

MI TV 12 was launched by P&P Cable Holdings in January 2004 as WLLZ, broadcasting to the Traverse City area on antenna channel 12 as an affiliate of Urban America Television and the America One network. In 2008, WLLZ was added to Charter's digital cable lineup throughout northern Michigan, as the station became northern Michigan's MyNetworkTV affiliate.

In late 2017, Freelancer Television Broadcasting Inc. acquired WLLZ, rebranding the station under the WXII call letters and "MI TV 12" name - tying in with its new sister station, "MI News 26."

MI TV 12 continues to serve all of northern Michigan with news and entertainment programming, which is now available over-the-air in both the Traverse City and Cadillac areas, as well as on Spectrum cable.
