The Wexford County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash that occurred Friday afternoon.

At 1:33 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on M-115 near Lofgren Road in Cherry Grove Township.

Deputies state that an SUV was traveling northwest on M-115 when it crossed the center line and collided with a semi-tractor trailer traveling southeast.

The impact caused the SUV to spin and roll over.

The driver of the SUV, a 55-year-old woman from Cadillac, was ejected from her vehicle.

She was taken to Munson Cadillac Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries and later taken to Munson Traverse City.

The semi-driver, a 57-year-old Fenton man, was not injured.

M-115 between North Blvd. and W Division was shut down for 3 and a half hours.

The crash is still under investigation.
